If you make a mistake with placing your order please contact us ASAP at hello@discoveruncharted.com.

We do not accept returns for any of our products due to their classification as a food product. We will provide refunds on a case-by-case basis.

In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@discoveruncharted.com with photos and we will assess the situation.
